Torch Launchpad: A Launch-Day Checklist
The settings you can't change, the wallet, the drafts, the lock and the proof, in the order they happen. Print it out the morning of your Torch launch.

A Torch launch day has four parts: the day before, you lock in the settings that cannot change (tax, split, name, ticker, image) and fund the launch wallet with ETH; in the last hour, you check every link and draft every post; at launch, you create the token and publish the contract in one place; in the hours after, you post the proof (the lock, the trust report, the pool) and answer the group with the same links every time.
This is the checklist we wish we had printed out before we launched $LOUD on Torch on 23 October 2026. It assumes you know how a Torch launch works; if not, start with how to launch a token on Torch, then come back to this page on the day. Torch can change its rules, so check Torch’s docs the morning of the launch.
The launch-day checklist at a glance#
| When | Do this | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Day before | Decide the tax and its split, write them down | One page with the numbers, agreed by the team |
| Day before | Fund the launch wallet with ETH on Robinhood Chain | Enough for the launch, any buy at creation, the lock and a margin |
| Day before | Final name, ticker, image and links | Spelled the same on the site, X, Telegram and the film |
| Last hour | Draft every post with a blank for the contract | Launch post, contract post, lock post, how to buy |
| Last hour | Open the group, mute new members' links | A bot or admins ready to delete fake contracts |
| Launch | Create the token on Torch with the launch wallet | The address ends in 1111 and the Torch page loads |
| +5 minutes | Publish the contract on your official page, then X and Telegram | Pinned in both places |
| +15 minutes | Lock the team's tokens on HoodLock | A proof link to post |
| +30 minutes | Post the proof: lock, trust report, chart | Three links anyone can open |
| +1 hour | Post the launch film and the how-to-buy steps | Both pinned or linked from the pinned post |
| End of day | Recap the day and set the creator fee reminder | A calendar entry well inside Torch's claim window |
The day before: settle what can't be changed#
On Torch the important settings are fixed when the token is created. Launch day is the wrong time to debate them.
- The tax and the split. How much, on buys or on sells, and how your share divides between creator fees, buyback and burn, and holder rewards. Torch keeps a share of the tax. We chose 2% on buys only, half of our share to buyback and burn, and nothing to holder rewards.
- The launch wallet. The wallet that creates the token is named as its creator in Torch’s launch event, on chain, for good. It is also the wallet that claims creator fees and, past $50K market cap, our free Agent week. Use a wallet you will keep, not a fresh burner you will lose.
- ETH on Robinhood Chain. Gas is paid in ETH. Put enough in the launch wallet for the launch, any buy you make at creation, the lock transaction and a margin for a retry.
- Name, ticker, image, links. Exactly as they will appear everywhere else. A ticker that differs by one letter between your site and the token is the first thing a careful buyer will flag.
- The team’s tokens. If the team buys at creation, decide the share and the lock term now, and say both publicly before the launch.
The last hour: drafts, links and moderation#
In the hour before launch nothing can be posted yet, which makes it the best time to prepare everything that will be.
- Drafts with a blank for the contract. The launch announcement, the contract post, the lock post and the how-to-buy steps, for X and for Telegram. When the token exists you paste one address into four drafts instead of writing under pressure.
- The official links page. Ready to update with the contract and the trading link. Ours is the official links page, and it is what we point every “is this real?” question to.
- Group moderation. Scammers post fake contracts in new groups within minutes. Have an admin or a bot ready to delete any address that is not yours, and pin a line saying the team will never DM first.
- The film, minus the contract. The launch film should be finished except for the contract card, so it is a two-minute edit after launch, not a two-hour one.
Launch and the first hour#
Create the token from the launch wallet. When it is done, check two things before you post anything: that the address ends in 1111, as every Torch launch does, and that the token’s page loads at app.torchpad.fun/trade/robinhood/ followed by the address. That is your trading link.
- Contract first, on your page. Update the official links page, then post the contract on X and in the group with a link back to it. Pin both posts.
- Lock the team’s tokens. On HoodLock, from the wallet that holds them. Every lock gets a public proof page with its amount and unlock date; that link is the post.
- Post the proof. The lock’s proof link, your token’s report in our free trust check (burns, locks, the launch wallet and what it holds) and the pool on Dexscreener.
- Post the film and how to buy. The launch film with the contract on screen, and the steps for getting ETH onto Robinhood Chain and buying on Torch.
If your split includes buyback and burn, the burns start with the first buys. Burns are one of the few things a token team can prove completely, so show them; Proof Hunters’ film is a good model for a burn post with receipts.
The rest of the day#
- Answer with links, not adjectives. “Is the team locked?” gets the proof link. “Is this the real contract?” gets the official page. The same answer every time is what makes it believable.
- Check your cashtag on X. X decides which token a cashtag shows. If it shows another project with the same ticker, a CoinGecko listing is what fixed it for us, a couple of days after the listing went up.
- Set the creator fee reminder. When we launched, Torch’s rules said creator fees left unclaimed for 60 days are lost. Put a recurring reminder in the calendar of whoever holds the launch wallet.
- Recap at the end of the day. One post with the contract, the lock, the burns so far and the links. It is the post late joiners will read first.
- Plan the next morning. Day two needs a post too. Our guide to marketing a token launch on Robinhood Chain has a post for each of the first seven days.
What loudscene can take off your hands#
The launch kit makes the X header, profile picture, launch posts, pinned message and a teaser film from your contract address, or from the name and ticker before the token exists. After launch, the loudscene Agent drafts the daily post and films for milestones, burns and locks, and nothing goes out until your team approves it in Telegram.
Questions
Asked often.
What can't I change after launching on Torch?
The tax and how it is split are set when the token is created and fixed after that, and the wallet that created the token stays its creator in Torch's launch event. Decide all of them the day before, not on launch day.
How do I prove a token was launched on Torch?
Every Torch launch gets an address ending in 1111, but anyone can mine such an address. The real proof is the launch event from Torch's launchpad contract, which names the token and the creator wallet. loudscene's free trust check reads it for you.
When should the team lock its tokens?
As soon as the token exists, ideally within the first hour, from the wallet that holds them. Announce the share and the lock term before launch, then post the locker's proof link so anyone can check the amount and the unlock date.
How do I stop fake contracts in my Telegram group on launch day?
Pin your official links page, say the team never DMs first, and have an admin or a bot delete any contract address that is not yours. Answer every question about the contract with the same link to your official page.
